Overview

Frankston Special Developmental School provides a spacious, friendly, stimulating, caring and secure learning environment for children and young people aged 5 to 18 years who have moderate to severe intellectual disability.

Our students learn in active, practical and meaningful ways and the school aims to develop each child’s ability academically, socially, physically and emotionally.

A comprehensive curriculum is implemented by a team of dedicated and qualified professionals to assist the students to reach their potential. Individual Education Plans are developed, implemented and reviewed in consultation with parents and other relevant personnel.
